In November 2016 we announced our plans to build a next generation bank so that we can bring a greater range of smart, ethical finance products to even more people.   The Collections & Recoveries Team are a specialised team within Zopa's highly recommended customer services, dealing with borrowers in arrears and looking to find suitable solutions to remedy their accounts. As a Team Leader in our Admin team you will be providing full administrative back office support to the Repayments and Recoveries Teams by ensuring all written and email communications are responded to appropriately within Zopa procedures and legislative requirements.



    • Managing a growing team of Administration Officers, allocating the various daily workloads fairly to keep all tasks within SLA’s
    • Ensuring all regulatory and time critical requirement are completed to ensure full regulatory compliance
    • Delivering performance management, coaching and training as identified through QC and spot checks
    • Keeping accurate records of work carried out for MI and senior management reporting
    • Managing our sensitive customer portfolio and assisting with complaints when required


    • Ideally you will have administration experience in a Collections or a similar Credit Control role with at least 2 years previous supervisor experience
    • Good knowledge of insolvency processes and dealing with 3rd party Debt Management companies
    • Excellent grammatical and written communication skills
    • Confident using Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel and Word. Previous experience of using Salesforce would be useful but not essential
    • Able to work under own initiative and suggest new and improved ways to provide best practice
