As a ServiceNow Analyst Developer at Zopa you will be responsible for the Preparing and running functional design workshops including the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and Zopa requirements.
As an expert in ITIL, you will also be knowledgeable on the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and insights on the preferred/best practice way to implement requirements.
Having established business and technical requirements, you will work to agree scope and delivery plans, agree resourcing, timelines and sourcing models and be actively engaged in the delivery, whether it be in-house or with a 3rd Party delivery team.
Working closely with Monitoring Solutions, IT and Infrastructure Support and Software Delivery teams, you will ensure effective integration with other platforms, driving automation and orchestration whenever possible.

Agile working practices (Scrum & Kanban)
Experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Process Forms and workflow
Experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
ITILv3 certified, an expert in Incident, Problem, Change Management, Self Service, CMDB
Understanding of Software as a Service
Understanding of SOAP, REST and Web Services concepts
Should have prior experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow or other similar tools using MidServer, webservices, email etc.
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now.com platform
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
Be an Evangelist for the standardised and cross business use of approved tools and practices
09:00 to 17:30 weekdays, plus additional hours as required in a 24/7 environment
