SeedInvest is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to join our team in Manhattan, New York. We are looking for someone with experience in helping to scale a high growth startup. We run extremely flat and are looking for someone that can not only execute, but become a core member of our team and contribute to the mission, vision, and culture here in a very positive way. You will work manage SeedInvest's digital marketing efforts as well as work directly with some of the fastest growing startups during their fundraising campaigns on SeedInvest.  This is a salaried full-time position ($80k-$100k) with equity compensation (0.05-0.10%).

You'll be expected to be very, very good at:

  • User acquisition and lead generation
  • Driving digital marketing efforts, including advertising, SEO, and social media
  • Building and managing user nurturing campaigns
  • Continually driving lower CAC and higher customer LTV
  • Tracking everything and making data-driven decisions
  • Planning, building, executing, and iterating on marketing strategies with minimal oversight
  • Managing short-form content creation and syndication of all content via newsletters, drip campaigns, etc.

The minimum requirements are: 

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or CS
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Substantial experience leading digital marketing at a startup
  • Deep knowledge of online marketing and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep (both strategic and technical) understanding of Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and SEO/SEM
