Operations - Ops Analyst

SeedInvest is seeking an Analyst to join our Operations team in Manhattan, New York. We run extremely flat and are looking for someone that can not only execute, but become a core member of our team and contribute to the mission, vision, and culture here at SeedInvest. This is a salaried full-time position ($70k) with equity compensation (0.03-0.05%).

You'll be expected to be very, very good at:

• Defining and iterating on operational processes 
• Quarterbacking execution of company onboarding, including the setting and managing of timelines, responsibilities and deliverables throughout the process
• Conducting thorough review of company offering materials for compliance with FINRA rules
• Drive processes for settling and verifying transactions
• Quarterbacking closing processes for fundraises
• Managing complex projects under tight timelines while communicating and working actively with the company's founders and people across the entire SeedInvest team
• Assisting with various other operational tasks as required 

The minimum requirements are: 

• BA/BS degree
• Prior experience at an investment bank, in an operational role, or law firm
• Demonstrated project management and timeline management skills

Some extra credit that we'd love to see:

• Prior experience with a startup 
• Technology background and/or interest
• Series 82 and 63 licenses
