Job Description

A Pre-Sales Consultant is part of the Appway Global Pre-Sales team, he or she will become recognized as an expert in the FSI field across traditional and digital banking. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be heavily involved with product demonstrations, bid support, answering requests for proposal and information and be the Subject Matter Expert in Financial Services Industry matters. You will evangelize the product working and champion our FSI industry knowledge on taking charge of showcases and proof of concepts.   To achieve the goals you will work with professionals from numerous teams such as Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success and different product teams.

Main Responsibilities:

    • Fully supports the positioning of Appway and Client Onboarding in the customer business model and architecture landscape, drafting the high level scope definition, performing high level effort estimations and finally enabling the Customer Success Manager to produce the formal Statement of Work proposition. 
    • Manages complex workshops in the four domains of the Appway platform, in the area of Client Onboarding, Digital Banking Platform and client lifecycle in general, addressing functional and technical requests in a sales flavor. 
    • Has the delivery responsibility for showcases and PoC’s Elaborates RFI and RFP

Requirements:

    • Master's Degree in Business Management or Computer Science
    • 3+ years of Pre-Sales experience in mid-size to large organizations
    • Proven consultative solution sales approach on enterprise software
    • Strong experience in the banking and/or financial services industry, particularly of processes, compliance, and front to back processes.
    • Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
    • Willingness to travel
