BACKGROUND 

TradingScreen is the leading global provider of multi-broker, multi-asset class electronic trading solutions. An essential part of our business involves developing reliable and efficient trading connections between our trading systems and those of our buy-side and sell-side clients. These include major banks, brokerage firms, dealers, asset managers, fund managers and electronic exchanges. We are seeking an exceptionally bright and motivated individual (with 2 – 5+ years of experience) to complement our Client Services team in New York as a Client Services Specialist. In this role you will focus on providing technical and business support for TradingScreen’s electronic trading platform service and supporting its US client base across global markets and multiple asset classes. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing first level support across global markets and multiple asset classes for client queries and issues via phone, IM and email
  • Interacting proactively with our US client base in response to system events
  • Monitoring all trade transactions from initial request to execution and settlement
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical queries
  • Training clients on system functionality across all product offerings
  • Managing clients’ system usage and retention
  • On-boarding clients
  • Preparing weekly reports for management

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Past experience in a client services role
  • Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Financial Markets knowledge
  • Previous experience working for a Fin Tech firm
