Additionally, this role will support client meetings when detailed technical discussions are required. Although the PM won’t have to be directly developing software, there should be a base comfort communicating technical details about our technology internally and externally.

 

RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering, physics, or other major requiring engineering core courses
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
    • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Experience coordinating a technical team, as well as implementing and maintaining workflows in task management software
    • Experience working with Agile/Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test Driven Development
    • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices a plus
    • Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and MySQL and Redis, Oracle and DB2 a plus
    • Knowledge of the Bitcoin or Ethereum protocols a plus

Responsibilities

    • Analyzing various workflow factors and making decisions on the most efficient ways to approach and complete each SDLC.
    • Ensure clear communication across teams.
    • Managing sprint/scrum process from planning for a specific update, prioritizing features and designs, allocating resources, and managing overall delivery timelines
    • Collect and understand requirements from clients and business team.
    • Maintain and improve the requirement gathering process
    • Define and contribute to product roadmap.
    • Write detailed product requirements and assist with technical design with lead engineers
    • Form an overarching view of the suite of products, including an understanding of the functionalities and technical specifications of each product as well as interactions between products
    • Provide product information and general technical elaboration to specific client request and on a regular basis communicate with business team to provide updates and technical support
