This role will be laser-focused on Axial’s highest priority objective: to grow the number of M&A and capital raise transactions on our marketplace.
This is not a typical sales position. It blends sales and strategy, requires a mix of individual performance and cross-team collaboration, and deals in both account acquisition and relationship management. You will be challenged to sharpen your sales skills, operate in a fast-paced start-up environment, and be part of a team that is transforming Axial in the marketplace.
This is a fast-paced role that demands sales excellence, strong communication skills, and strategic and analytical thinking. A sharp understanding of the M&A transaction environment is a plus. We’re looking for candidates who have an insatiable appetite for growth and a demonstrated ability to learn rapidly.
