We are looking to hire a strong, insightful, proactive Recruiter who will own hiring across all departments.. You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and be in charge of finding the best talent who also embody OnDeck's core values. 

As a Recruiter at OnDeck, you will: 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Demonstrate passion and are deeply familiar with our industry, key people, and recruiting best practices.
  • Easily tailor and execute an end-to-end recruiting process for widely different positions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management to understand hiring needs; clearly map out hiring strategies and manage expectations throughout the process.
  • Track and report metrics for a dynamic recruiting team, drive pipeline in support of your business partners.
  • Work with People Operations partners to improve the recruiting process, we are a team that broadly supports and encourages new ideas, so bring some of your own.
  • Put candidate experience above all else.

Qualifications for success: 

  • 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously.
  • Experience recruiting top tier talent using diverse and creative sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
  • You are able to articulate the company's mission, vision, values, products, and culture.
  • Proven success delivering customer service through relationship building and understanding of the business.
  • Ability to sell, negotiate, and close.
