The US Campaign Manager is the driving force behind our US marketing acquisition efforts. Responsible for creating smart, effective and engaging campaigns that generate quality leads for our New Business sales team. Accountable for building the inbound pipeline and demonstrating a clear contribution to the growth of our business. Deeply analytical this role lives for % increases in our lead to opportunity and opportunity to win and conversion ratios and should be as close if not closer to our pipeline than our Sales team.
Key responsibilities
Work closely with our PR & Content Manager to devise targeted and creative campaigns that bring our brand to life and drive inbound leads.
Working with our sales team, plan and execute integrated multichannel lead generation and nurture campaigns with a clear knowledge and a sharp focus on digital channels
Measure, analyze and regularly report on lead generation activity, identifying trends, challenges and pivoting on plans where necessary.
Lead monthly pipeline review meetings, reporting on campaign success and future activity to continuously drive inbound leads.
Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of our Target Markets, from critical market trends to challenges and opportunities, including insight into our main competitors.
Continuously build and refine our Target Market List – identifying target companies and prospects in our key markets to focus our marketing efforts on.
Develop communication campaigns to our existing customers to drive engagement and increase product usage
Experience and Attributes
Detailed experience of Pardot and Salesforce or other marketing automation and CRM software.
Tech background essential - SaaS / PaaS preferred.
Highly numerate with a desire for making data driven decisions
Analytically minded with the ability to interrogate and manipulate data and spot patterns, trends and opportunities
Previous marketing experience to include: devising and running marketing campaigns, tracking marketing success and ROI, devising and running inbound and outbound marketing activities
Excellent understanding of the payments or reconciliations process and related regulatory requirements
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent team working skills, ability to manage own workload and tenacious attention to detail
Comfortable working in a start-up environment
