Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a highly detailed project manager that wants to get hands on exposure to managing the internal flow of projects and also the client service side of the business in a well-established start-up. We’re looking for someone who has 3-5 or more years of experience as a Digital Project Manager in a digital creative agency. We believe a solid project manager build relationships internally with peers and externally with the client on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage flow of a high volume of small projects concurrently, take ownership of deadlines, and communicate priorities to the client and all internal departments (Customer Success, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, etc.)

  • Work closely with a world class creative department, managing the flow of work in and out of the team

  • Work closely with Creative Director to assess workload of team on an ongoing basis

  • Work with other Project Managers in the organization to evolve processes and procedures related to creative needs for projects

  • Managing the deployment of training materials for clients, during critical product launches

  • Work with clients closely to manage and track incoming assets and content, evolving templates and processes as needed

  • Excellent client service skills with strong diplomatic verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with daily client management a must.

  • Demonstrate a high-level understanding of all phases of creative design process from project inception through go-live

  • Ensure that all documentation is examined for and meets quality and accuracy requirements, including status reports, estimates and timelines

  • Develop a sharp understanding of the client’s brand standards, internal workflows & conventions.

  • Manage accurate project grid and reporting (client and internal).

  • Bring creative solutions to problems and excited to learn new concepts. This is an evolving business and field and requires an adaptable and curious mind to excel.

Desired Skills and Experience

 

  • Manage accurate project grid and reporting (client and internal).

  • At least 3-5 years project management experience specific to creative agencies

  • Experience in financial services or telecommunications an asset.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects concurrently, within strict deadlines and budgetary constraints

  • Demonstrated organizational abilities and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently, but know when to ask for help

  • Avid user of technology, social networks and interest in marketing

  • Strong oral and written communications skills.

  • Ability to synthesize information into succinct, concise, and logical written materials (client summaries, briefings and reports).

  • Proficiency in Process / Workflow analysis

  • Excellent business presentation and facilitation skills
