Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to drive customer success within our multi-million dollar accounts to transform large omni-channel retailers into advanced data-driven businesses. This role offers a unique combination of a start-up company environment, enterprise retail clients, as well as cutting edge big data and machine-learning technology.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, tactical problem solving, strong project management and client services skills. They will have superior communication and negotiation skills, and serve as a customer advocate and change agent both internally and externally.

Reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, the successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of the client’s business to oversee the implementation, adoption and optimization of Rubikloud products.

What You Will Be Doing:


  • Provide ongoing strategic and tactical leadership to multi-million dollar retail clients across the globe.
  • Develop strong relationships at all levels within a client’s organization, including C-level executives, to gain a deep understanding of their business and establish trusted advisor status.
  • Work closely with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to drive product implementation and be the internal voice of the customer for product enhancement.
  • Provide project management for a cross-functional team to execute engagements seamlessly and maximize client satisfaction
  • Work with our analytics team to oversee the execution and measurement of Rubikloud managed services that help demonstrate the value of the platform.
  • Understand and evangelize Rubikloud products so that you can proactively identify opportunities and drive adoption with your clients.


Who You Are:

  • Familiarity with retail growth tactics and technologies related to personalization and promotion effectiveness.
  • Experience with SaaS enterprise software is an asset.
  • Exceptional presentation, listening, project management, and client management skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. Comfortable working with limited direction.
  • Creative, consultative, and a strong communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage global teams and travel to client sites when needed.
  • 3-5 years of client services experience, either in consulting, SaaS or a service provider.
  • 3-5 years experience in retail or retail analytics.
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, where change is constant and challenges arise regularly. Positivity, drive and adaptability are essential.
