Named as one of Deloitte’s Fast 50 2015 Companies to Watch, we are rapidly growing. We are looking for a self-driven Office Manager to play an integral role in executing Rubikloud’s growth strategy. No job is too big or too small for you - you take pride in everything you do!

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing all office needs (current and prospective vendors, supplies, basic IT, employee needs)
  • Making our office a welcoming place to work
  • Manage basic legal, budgeting and accounting tasks (expense tracking, insurance, budget for events, office leases)
  • Organizing meetings and internal social events
  • Assisting with administrative support
  • Lead special office projects as they come up!

REQUIREMENTS

  • A team player and fun to be around!
  • Self-starter and strong sense of ownership. You see what needs to be done and you go for it.
  • Creative, resourceful and passionate about your work
  • Highly organized and capable of managing several processes at a time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Someone who has minimum 3 years of experience in operations or administration
  • Must be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of hyper-growth startup
