Our Solutions team builds high-impact, machine-learning driven enterprise software geared at the retail business user. Reporting into the Director of Product, you are someone who can turn analytic solutions in actionable tasks and thrives on the challenge of owning a product from concept to end of life.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Be responsible for driving product management activities: feature roll-out, sales & pre-sales enablement, product workshops with customers and partners and champion the product adoption
  • Be responsible for creating the product roadmap and product requirements (PRD)
  • Be able to evangelize the product and analytic solutions, generally: Identify, analyze and evaluate new product/market opportunities
  • Be able to seamlessly distill very technical concepts to business users and convert them into language developers can rally around
  • Prioritize and plan features based on customer priorities and business values, make educated trade-offs decisions with sales/engineering teams
  • Work closely with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to drive product implementation and be the internal voice of the customer
  • Provide support to all areas of the organization (sales/marketing, development and QA, client solution) with anything related to the products
  • Demonstrate product to internal and external audiences
  • Communicate with senior management on the business and technical performance of the products


  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical product management roles
  • Developing SaaS enterprise solutions is preferred
  • Applying product management lifecycle and related methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in driving solution development from conception to product launch and customer delivery
  • Ability to evaluate different implementation options and make sound trade-off decisions
  • Strong customer focus; proven track record of working with customers directly to gather requirements and user experience feedback
  • Experience working with development teams; ability to collaborate with software engineers in designing solutions that meet customer needs
  • Strong understanding of development processes and software development lifecycle
  • Self-starter and fast learner; strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work with limited direct supervision in a hyper-growth startup environment
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of retailer operations
  • Must have experience developing various analytic solutions - experience working with data scientists a plus
  • Working knowledge of data science tools, such as Python, R, SAS, etc.
  • Working knowledge of statistics, econometrics and other machine learning concepts, such as time-series forecasting, classification, prediction, etc.
