TouchBistro is seeking a proven Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives tasked with growing our footprint within the restaurant and hospitality industry.  You will guide an incredibly motivated team to achieve individual, team and organizational KPI’s and you will be a champion for the TouchBistro strategy of continued growth and customer acquisition.



  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Support direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings
  • Own recruiting and onboarding, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Representatives
  • Implement sales strategy and conduct weekly forecast meetings
  • Coach direct reports regarding strategies to create pipeline and drive closure
  • Monitor and Report on sales activity, productivity and forecasts to senior sales management


  • 5+ years of software sales experience, including 2+ years sales management experience.
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar software application environment
  • Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
  • Working knowledge/experience of the Restaurant/POS space
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks for the team
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
  • Experience hiring and training new team members
  • Related Bachelor's degree
