Summary

We are looking for the right candidate to support the continued growth of our Home Improvement Enterprise Sales Channel. The ideal candidate will help lead the successful roll-out of new Enterprise partnerships, and help manage the needs of our in-life corporate Enterprise partnerships. This individual will help develop and manage strategic project plans that will support the successful acquisition, successful roll-out, and successful growth of all Enterprise Partnerships.

As a member of the Financeit Sales team, the Enterprise Success Manager will liaise with the key stakeholders from all departments, to ensure the needs and requirements of our corporate enterprise partners are met. The successful candidate will focus on delivering measurable results within the organization that leads to growth. Results will be attained through effective execution against business performance goals.

You are an enthusiastic, team player with a positive attitude, and are regarded as a strong and personable communicator. You are comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced and high pressure environment, while holding yourself accountable for results.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Participate in the discovery meeting process with all new Enterprise prospects to capture all information necessary to develop strategic roll-out plans for the partnership
  • Responsible for penetration of dealer networks and distributors
  • Work with the internal and external key stakeholders to ensure each new partnership roll-out is successful, as defined by an agreed upon set of metrics (number of sign-ups, number of participating partners etc)
  • Develop strategies to maximize merchant engagement and participation on the Financeit platform
  • Participate in merchant facing events as required (trade and vendor shows, corporate office training etc)
  • Develop and lead ‘how to sell’ sales training sessions with enterprise partnerships as required
  • Maintain repository of Enterprise Account data

Requirements:

  • College, BA degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in customer service financial services industry is preferred
  • Experience with sales and relationship management is an asset
  • Proven success with building partnerships with networks (OEMs, Product Partnerships, Referral Partnerships, etc.)
  • Experienced at implementing marketing and sales initiatives across large enterprise networks
  • Strong analytic skills, with the ability to create meaningful reporting that helps drive our resource planning
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Understanding of the Enterprise sales cycle
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Strong customer service and retail background are pluses
