Demyst is an External Enterprise Data Platform, used by major US and APAC financial institutions to better discover, test, and deploy third party data solutions. Leading banks and insurers leverage our platform to find and test new data to incorporate into decision processes across the customer lifecycle.The Challenge

As Demyst’s business scales ever faster, the Director, Sales & Marketing Operations will be responsible for leading and managing all Sales and Marketing Operations functions worldwide, supporting President on design and implementation of strategic growth plans

What will you be doing?

  • Partner closely with the President & Chief Revenue Officer in defining and driving strategies that expand Demyst’s leadership
  • Define & lead key forecasting processes that include partnering with managers to validate forecasts and targets
  • Lead business performance reviews with key manager, helping to identify core business drivers and develop action plans
  • Drive Planning Process quarterly to ensure completion of key processes and alignment
  • Manage an innovative incentive plan that rewards individual performance and supports the achievement of our strategic goals
  • Drive communication on incentive plan process, including target letters and achievements
  • Deliver commercial excellence by following our CRM, sales & marketing processes, and sharing and complying with best practice
  • Play a key role in cross-functional sales operations collaboration across teams and regions
  • Provide high quality consulting support across a variety of strategic team initiatives
  • Partner with Sales, IT, and Finance teams to improve and enforce process and policies related to data integrity across regions and channels
  • Partner with data team to define and drive KPI’s, collection, tracking all information for weekly forecasting and reporting and provide analysis and action plan to weekly executive and operational meetings

REQUIREMENTS

What do we NEED?

  • BS / MS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years’ experience in Sales, Marketing Operations, FP&A and/or sales roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated track record of cross-functional facilitation and partnering in a matrixed organization
  • Strong influence management skills and ability to maintain positive relationships to accomplish organizational goals
  • A strong leader and manager of people with a proven track record in managing teams
  • Great Communication skills and the ability to take complex data and create a compelling story for a senior audience with clear actions and next steps
  • Proven leader with demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing streamlined processes
  • Understanding of sales cycles/tools including CRM and ERP (experience with HubSpot, Tableau)
  • MBA and 6 sigma training appreciated
