Demyst is an External Enterprise Data Platform, used by major US and APAC financial institutions to better discover, test, and deploy third party data solutions. Leading banks and insurers leverage our platform to find and test new data to incorporate into decision processes across the customer lifecycle.

The Challenge

The Recruiter & Talent Consultant is a salaried, exempt position reporting to the VP, People who delivers top notch full cycle corporate recruiting and other HR generalist duties as needed. This individual will help deliver a best in class talent acquisition function for a growing SAAS platform and consulting firm. The position will attract, source, screen/evaluate, interview, and help onboard new talent in all areas of the business with a service-oriented, business partner approach.

90% Talent Acquisition

10% People/HR

  • Provide top tier service to accelerate recruiting, HR, and onboarding activities under the direction of the VP, People
  • Tenaciously source talent within a variety of job boards or through direct outreach to candidates on LinkedIN and conduct deep behavioral based, structured phone interviews
  • Deliver full cycle recruiting process to fill sales, account management, data analytics, leadership, and operations roles with competitive, top talent
  • Help organize talent acquisition materials, templates, & dashboards to improve recruiting team efficiency
  • Administer interview scheduling for hiring managers as needed
  • Reduce false positives in hiring selection decisions through people-centered, behavioral based screening and work sample assessment measures in partnership with hiring managers/VP, People
  • Organize, coordinate, and participate in seamless delivery of employee onboarding experience including but not limited to helping build job success guides for new hires first 90 days, I9 verifications, and onboarding process execution such as scheduling
  • Develop and own employee happy hours, philanthropic/volunteer program, and social events to create contagious, healthy, workplace energy
  • Develop employment branding initiatives
  • Uphold ethics, confidentiality, and legal/compliance requirements in all aspects of support



  • Four degree from accredited university (preferably with coursework in psychology, statistics, business or human resources management)
  • 2-4 years proven track record of high growth company, full cycle recruiting
  • Advanced academic knowledge of job design analysis and strategic staffing principles
  • Enthusiastic, consultative, service oriented attitude
  • Ability to problem solve independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced technical proficiency: we use a wide variety of software tools/technologies including but not limited to Google Suite, Slack, Workable, Job Boards, & MAC OS
  • College coursework in statistics strongly preferred, experience with IT/Financial Services/SAAS employee populations/recruiting preferred
