An ideal candidate is someone who has an eye for detail, the ability to think and dream big, but who is also able to ship small - adding incremental value rather sooner than later. You have experience with designing for (seemingly) complex products, preferably on multiple platforms. You have the technical know-how to build out prototypes, whether that’s with code or visual tools to help you get there. You understand the need to experiment, to fail and can communicate and translate ideas both as crude as a whiteboard drawing or as fine as high fidelity, detailed interactions with animations.
