Adyen’s Point-Of-Sale Solution is rapidly expanding in the US region. We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist to help build our point of sale operations team in San Francisco. As a Supply Chain Specialist at Adyen, you’ll be setting up, improving and maintaining our Point-Of-Sale processes with our US logistics and production partners. This position will be crucial in developing the Adyen brand in the US and across the globe.   • Manage all logistics for our POS products; including forecast planning, inventory management, order processing and delivery of our products and services.
  • Work closely with our Supply Chain Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the right quality of products and services are delivered to merchants.
  • Improve existing processes by analyzing performance indicators and develop new tools to enhance customer experience and increase efficiency.
  • Analyze, identify and escalate issues before they occur and communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are resolved.
  • Act as a knowledgeable advisor to colleagues and merchants on the capabilities offered by the Adyen POS solution.
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and other stakeholders.

  • Master or Bachelor's (preferably with affinity in supply chain or process management).
  • Language skills: fluent English; additional languages are highly valued
  • Willing to travel: a global organization means a global mindset.
