Job Description

We are looking for a passionate People Operations Lead to join our growing team! This role is designed to help us optimize our people processes as we grow and provide an amazing experience for our employees. The ideal candidate is someone who has equal parts strategic mindset, program management, and analytical skills to make Affirm the best possible work environment.

What you'll do

    • Identify opportunities to simplify and resolve complex challenges within People Operations
    • Refine processes and drive improvements
    • Develop strategy and manage activities across the employee lifecycle, including on-boarding, compensation, employee engagement, retention initiatives, and more
    • Analyze surveys and metrics that will drive organizational health, including people dashboards and diversity & inclusion analyses (e.g., pay equity, demographic deep dives, etc.)
    • Provide exceptional program management support, including:
    • Collaborating with and keeping cross-functional partners appropriately engaged and up- to-date; proactively resolving project, design, or resource issues
    • Design and execute people program activities
    • Communicate actionable and analytical insights based on your research
    • Measure and evaluate our people programs to ensure they are supporting the business, helping our employees thrive, and championing our diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives
    • Solicit feedback and utilize data to further improve our culture and drive our business forward
    • Assist with the communication and rollout of new or updated programs and policies

What we look for

    • 6+ years of experience working in a People Operations or Human Resources capacity
    • Experience working in a project or program management capacity
    • Experience working with and analyzing large data sets to solve problems or drive insights in the People space
    • Previous experience diagnosing organizational challenges and working collaboratively to drive solutions
    • Ability to work cross-functionally to improve processes and strategies
    • Ability to engage, influence, and facilitate discussions with senior-level leadership about complex topics
