In this role you’ll find yourself working as a thought partner with the VP of Corporate Development to develop scalable processes around the acquihire recruiting process. You’ll work closely with the existing team to understand existing processes and how to seamlessly integrate acquihire candidates.   • Screen and qualify candidates for competency and cultural fit
  • Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
  • Manage multiple candidate channels including referrals, advertising and other campaigns
  • Partner with the VP of Corp Dev to develop and document an acquihire process
  • Partner with recruiting team to ensure each acquihire/acquisition is seamless 
  • Ensure each acquihire/acquisition has a great candidate experience  
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism


  • 5+ years experience with sourcing and recruiting preferably in a startup environment
  • Successful track record identifying and qualifying exceptional engineering talent
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
  • Experience developing and streamlining processes
  • Strong understanding of equity preferred
  • In-house and agency recruiting experience a plus
  • Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • BS/BA degree
