We are currently looking to staff a Senior Process Engineering Manager.

This full-time position is planned to be remote, meaning you can work from anywhere!



The Senior Process Engineering Manager will manage key client-facing processes in accordance with Xapo’s  Process Management framework, with the main goal of continuously identify and drive process improvements. 

This resource will serve as the Process Engineering go-to person.

  • Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency

  • Collaborating with compliance teams to develop and execute compliance testing and risk assessments of business practices and/or procedures, including responding to auditors requests, requirement gathering, reviewing client files and work flows to verify compliance on an ongoing basis

  • Provide training programs on new processes as needed

  • Lead a team that will be responsible for process assessments, and process design and redesign.

  • Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements.

  • Prepare business process reports for management and customers

  • Maintain and update all the process related reports for reference purposes

  • Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices

  • Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness

  • Create and maintain an updated catalog of all applications, critical configurations and establish the processes to manage changes on them.



  • 5 years experience in process analysis and modeling

  • A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt would be an asset

  • Facilitating/coordinating processes & activities

  • Stakeholder/Client Management/Change management/Project management

  • Audit experience is a big asset

  • Performance measurement and assessment

  • Some  experience in compliance, legal, regulatory or closely related disciplines in the Financial Services industry is a strong asset

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
