Job Description
As part of the Business Development Operations team, you will be the bridge between our partners and internal stakeholders. You will be involved in projects from the ideation phase to delivery, ensuring that your work is high-quality and accurate. You should have a high sense of ownership and a natural interest in understanding data nuances. You will work closely with our Partnerships, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities to improve reporting, resolve any technical issues, and streamline communication with our partners and internal stakeholders.
What the Job Entails:
- Manage all U.S. credit card partner accounts from a reporting and invoicing standpoint
- Execute changes as requested by partners and assist in effectively communicating those updates with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Constant Innovation: Find current reporting gaps, prioritize high impact changes, and implement a new reporting standard across all of our credit card partners.
- Develop and implement best practice processes, maintain updated documentation and provide recommendations as appropriate.
- Quality: Data quality is super important to us. Work to resolve any reporting delays, missing data, and general errors that may arise. Ensure that all initiatives adhere to our partner and internal standards.
- Be a primary stakeholder for all outgoing invoices. Work closely with our finance team and approve invoices based on your knowledge of expected volume and revenue before they are sent out to our partners.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Strong excel skills
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities and multiple deadlines
- Proactive internal & external communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Thoughtfully develop and implement recommended solutions to complex problems
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, operations, or similar field
- SQL, DW, and Salesforce experience is a plus
