Join the Talent Operations team; we are partners who work collaboratively to empower Karmanauts to unlock each other’s greatest potential! Interns joining will have the opportunity to work with cross functional teams in information technology, workplace services, compliance, finance, legal, recruiting and human resources. You will work side by side with our HR Associate to broaden the Karmanaut experience.


  • Help Talent Experience build and streamline onboarding activities
  • Have tons of opportunities to take on responsibility and ownership
  • Spearhead a project to research, identify and implement an onboarding platform
  • Organize and build workflows for new hire, transfers and terminations
  • Manage administrative paperwork for the karmanaut lifecycle
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation and program improvements
  • Be our team captain for our onboarding volunteer program
  • Assist with the paperless project, clerical auditing and filing
