Bitwala, Europe’s leading digital payments processor, is hiring! We are a team of 14 urban people including 3 co-founders. Funded and recently voted as the best startup in the blockchain category at Paris Fintech Forum 2017 and top 5 startups in Europe, we feel it is time to grow our team and hire new people. Our dream is to be your international bank account. With us, you can use a debit card, make bank transfers and pay friends all based on a Bitcoin backend.

Your mission

  • Get in touch and interact with our customers daily via chat, phone, e-mail, and tickets. You will provide information about our product and service while also resolving product and service problems.
  • Inform our dev team about bugs, issued and remain proactive until the problem is solved. You’ll be in touch with all departments and receive regular updates on our latest developments and pass that onto our customers.
  • Suggest customer policy ideas to management along with providing feedback on how our products and services could be improved based on customer insights.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through your competent advice
  • Responsible for reusable email and FAQ templates for responding to users.

About you

  • Fluent in English and advanced level of German
  • German speaking candidates would be prioritized. Additional languages such as Arabic would be pretty cool too.
  • Experienced in Customer Care coupled with awesome communication skills
  • Highly service- and customer- oriented. Eye for detail and patience is key when dealing with customers.
  • Willing to work a few hours on weekends.
