Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated business analyst to join our fast-growing fintech company in the Philippines.   • Conduct research on fintech industry trends, competitors, and customers
  • Research frameworks, solutions, and methodologies to address key problems
  • Perform data-driven analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve critical problems across business processes
  • Assess potential investments and strategic partnerships that help realize target KPIs for the Philippines
  • Concurrently deliver on portions of multiple strategy projects in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment
  • Support leadership team on long-range planning projects and ad hoc requests
  • Help manage vendor relationships, contracts and service providers

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ management consulting experience
  • Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation/communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be able to juggle many different activities and prioritize accordingly

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, or R
  • Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or a similar Data Visualization tool
  • Worked for multinational companies
