These tasks are waiting for you:

  • Support of our sales team as product experts during the pre-sales phase
  • The intuitive presentation of our integration solutions
  • The understandable explanation of our products, if necessary planning and support of workshops
  • Analysis of the business processes of our largest customers from order to operational procedures
  • The detailed planning of the technical connection of our products in dealer systems based on the analysis 



You should bring this:

  • A successfully completed technical study (business informatics, economics with technical impact or similar) or an equivalent education
  • Experience in the support of customer projects, ideally in e-commerce
  • Experience in the documentation and presentation of complex contexts
  • Good analytical skills and understanding of complex systems
  • Quick perception, willingness to learn and trust in one's abilities
  • The motivation and the will to find and find solutions independently
  • Open personality, creativity, curiosity and fun in dealing with people
  • Strong communication skills as well as fluent German and English skills
  • Traveling, spontaneity and flexibility
