The Red Hat Solutions Architect Team is looking for an experienced pre-sales engineer to participate in this team as a solution architect.
In this position, you will create introduction materials for products and solutions, share information inside and outside the company, lead the proposal to customers, and strongly support project acquisition. We also analyze and analyze customer's business and technical needs and work with sales teams and service teams to optimize and streamline customer systems to help customers understand among Red Hat's products and solutions We will assist you in investing in the best solution from.
Solution architects play an extremely important role in getting customers to deeply engage with us, so we need excellent communication skills and bargaining power. We also need to have a good balance of enthusiasm for open source, advanced knowledge of cloud and software, and deep understanding of customers' business and IT issues.
Provide technical information on system construction using Red Hat's products and solutions. To make use of product knowledge and deep technical knowledge, to provide presentation, demonstration and support of customer proof of concept (POC). Cooperate with the sales team to provide solutions so that new contracts can be acquired. To introduce Red Hat's solution to prospective customers, design value-driven architecture and explain cost-effectiveness by solution. To understand the customer's business and IT environment deeply and evaluate how Red Hat products can be incorporated. To convey value, progress, and situation to all stakeholders. To share knowledge and survey results so that team members can learn from their successes and failures.
