Job Description



As the Prism Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in developing and executing the go-to-market strategies for Prism as well as continued communication of information about Prism. This includes working closely with the Prism Product Manager to conduct data analysis and various tactics for market research in order to create a clear, iterative marketing strategy for initial GTM launch as well as future feature announcements.


The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking and tactical execution and will be very hands-on in creating product positioning, messaging, and demand generation programs.

This candidate also brings experience from the tech product marketing world and ideally has experience in gamification marketing.


This role will initially report directly to the Director of Product Marketing.You will have access to the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Marketing Manager during the initial stages of GTM strategy and execution planning.


As the Prism Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Prism Product Manager to develop a deep understanding of product features and the benefits realized by the customer segments and will be able to translate that knowledge into messaging and insight for internal and external stakeholders You will also work with auxillary marketing team members to envision and execute on tactics to achieve goals set via strategy.

  • Lead strategic marketing at the platform and product level including developing position, messaging, competitive differentiation and go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with the Prism team to understand the product strategy and effectively communicate Prism’s value to the market to the right customer and user
  • Plan, design, and position Prism’s brand, product and services in assigned segments to drive education and awareness
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and launch product campaigns advertising, promotion and communications programs, based on needs and market opportunities
  • Work with marketing team members to create content including blogs, digital assets, web content, presentation and sales collateral, and demand gen copy.
  • Work with Product Manager to conduct market research; including user testing and surveys and incorporates findings into marketing plans and decision-making processes
  • Research industry-related topics identifying relevant trends and maintain an understanding of the market and market needs/dynamics, with an emphasis on understanding the buyer of our solutions
  • Analyze new use cases, scenarios, market segments, verticals, or geographies to be applied to the product roadmap
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (i.e. for landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Ensure that the Prism brand voice and tone are pulled throughout every new marketing campaign
  • Assisting sales and bizdev team with all sales creative materials (getting a process for submission in place and timelines set)
  • The Prism Product Marketing Manager will work closely with: Prism Business Development Manager, Prism Product Manager and all auxiliary marketing support colleagues including: graphic designers, public.
  • Create campaign strategies and promotions around product features including; competitions, leagues & tournaments, social sharing, badges, etc.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of product marketing experience and market research
  • Outstanding communication (both oral and written) skills and understanding of   public relations, content marketing , digital marketing and branding
  • Proficiency in multi-channel marketing platforms and associated software and applications
  • Ability to analyze market research and sales performance data and develop recommendations and improvements to marketing programs
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative reporting
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful brand marketing strategies
  • A strong understanding of how to continually align product messaging and tactics with a company brand and tone




Occasional travel domestically and internationally will be required to represent and speak about the product. This employee must have a current, valid passport OR obtain one by the start of employment.
