Your day–to–day

  • You will be monitoring real time queues and identify high-risk transactions
  • You will use SQL to query large databases to find fraud trends 
  • You will be collaborating with clients and law enforcement within fraud investigation
  • You will be interacting with all relevant internal teams for the resolution of the day to day activities
  • You will conduct analysis of fraud patterns, system performance monitoring, statistical data collection
  • You will be managing potential fraud cases
  • You will be analyzing and working on alerts reported by the system
  • You will be ensuring confidentiality of all information collected during investigation
  • You will be acting in accordance to agreed internal policies
  • You will be adhering to Schemes related requirements
  • You will be identifying system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities


Your know how: 

  • You have a BA/BS degree
  • You have 1-4 years of experience in fraud monitoring and analysis in eCommerce and/or merchant fraud
  • You have 1-4 years of experience with SQL (mandatory)
  • You have the ability to make sound judgments based on the weight of available data
  • You have excellent analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • You have the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • You are detail orientated and result driven
  • You have good communication and presentation skills
