The Vice President, Sales (NA) is a key leadership role that is responsible for building and managing the Company’s revenue (software & services) and leading a team of sales professionals to successfully deliver on their respective sales goals. The ideal candidate is one who is a strong people leader, intuitively demonstrates active listening, is incredibly responsive, provides detailed follow-though and within a growth organization is flexible and agile. You have a proven track record of team leadership, growth and outcomes.  You also have in-depth experience in fraud prevention, cyber security, payments, big data or predictive analytics markets and managing successful Sales teams.  In this role, you will report to our SVP of North American Sales and work closely with the Sales peers and organization, Marketing, Business Development and Products teams to develop and implement specific strategic plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets throughout the assigned territory.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a world class team of sales professionals within a geographic region to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Execute and maintain a consistent and effective sales strategy
  • Interface and interact with internal stakeholders to reinforce consistency in sales vision
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to gain access to target customers
  • Coach sales professionals to penetrate accounts, captivate decision makers, and overcome selling obstacles
  • Assist sales professionals in discovering new sales opportunities within each geographic region
  • Create and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan to serve as a road map for establishing and developing the Feedzai client relationship using your thorough understanding of clients' strategic initiatives that may be supported by Feedzai’s products and services
  • Achieve client-specific revenue and growth targets and execute on sales activities to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets within strategic and associated accounts
  • Own the Feedzai relationship with the client--across objectives, opportunities, power map strategies, concerns and barriers; responsible for originating, managing and building strong personal relationships with key client executives, line of business decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop new senior level relationships, nurture and grow existing
  • Own the Feedzai growth plan and drive position with client upward

Additional personal and professional attributes include:
  • Past sales leadership experience; should be with market leading companies that dominated their segment
  • Knowledge and experience in managing a highly complex technology sales process is essential
  • People leadership; 7+ years managing successful Sales teams at a fraud prevention provider
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Risk management and fraud experience a strong plus
  • Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry and product specific businesses
  • Advanced knowledge of financial and operational analysis and business case development
  • Knowledge of marketing functions and processes of the banking issuance business
  • Advanced negotiation skills and ability to handle complex sales
  • Thinks strategically, sells consultatively, and has the ability to tactically deliver on deals
