These tasks are waiting for you:

  • Responsibility for the further progress of the strategic and operational branding of Klarna and IMMORTAL in the DACH region
  • Optimization of Customer Journey along all B2C and B2B touchpoints in close cooperation with the Headquarter in Stockholm
  • Responsibility for the execution of e-mail marketing campaigns including further development of marketing automation
  • Development of target group-specific multichannel campaigns in existing customer marketing, taking into account the customer life cycle, also in cooperation with our online dealers
  • Constant monitoring and analysis of all communication channels and implementation of the optimal growth strategies per channel for the best possible budgeted use
  • Process optimization, continuous success measurement and preparation of the results using clearly defined KPIs
  • Data-driven design of new approaches to customer interaction
  • Benchmarking and communicating the set and achieved goals in close collaboration with management, product and data analytics teams

You should bring this:

  • 3 years of professional experience in CRM, of which one year in e-mail marketing in the e-commerce environment
  • Very good analytical skills to recognize relationships and implement learnings in marketing activities
  • In-depth knowledge of the current CMS and CRM systems
  • Expert knowledge about the latest performance marketing trends,  online marketing SEM, social media and e-commerce.
  • You also want to tackle new topics and approaches, not just because they are new, but because you think that they also offer you other solution and implementation aspects
  • Entrepreneurial basic attitude, high commitment, self-initiative as well as an independent and structured working method
  • Fluent in English and very good English
  • Occasional travel
