Management of ASIC and chip R&D operations, program management and execution
Duties And Responsibilities
- Program management of ASIC R&D projects
- Task planning, scheduling and tracking of design project up to tape-out
- Organizational support of the ASIC R&D managers
- Regular progamm / project reporting
- Project execution with ASIC R&D partners and foundries
- Resource planning (HC, tools, partners)
Qualification
- Degree in electronics, physics, semiconductor or similar
- 8+ years’ experience in managing R&D, semiconductor, foundry business or program management in this area
- Chip and ASIC design process insider
- Global experience, working with teams in EU, Asia and ideally Eastern Europe as well
- JIRA and Confluence professional level
