Minimum Education
Languages: English (advanced), Russian (excellent)
Great educational background, preferably in the mechanical/electrical engineering or construction fields
Experience
5+ years of experience in project management and resource management in construction organisations
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Ability to drive and manage change in a dynamic environment
Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage project teams
Ability to anticipate events and develop adaptive strategies
Proven stakeholder management skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Ready to travel up to 50% of time
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibility for operation of the project after hand off from the deployment team
Responsibility for assigning and tracking tasks and milestone progress.
Ensure project stakeholders and sponsor(s) are informed of critical issues and risks, schedule and financial performance.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Prepare and maintain status reports, assign resource and deadlines, track progress
Establish priorities for accomplishment, and develop and recommend budgets for inclusion in budget.
Write and submit, or present, required reports, including specifications for materials and equipment.
Prepare job cost estimates and monitor on going job or project expenses; recommend changes to cover projected expense overages.
Analyse and prepare financial reports.
Coordinating internal resources for the flawless execution of projects and evaluate the work of assigned resources
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Write specifications for work or projects to be performed by contractors or for materials and equipment. Set up and maintain work records that indicate time spent and supplies and materials needed and used.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Develop risk management plan to proactively identify and manage project risks
