Our vision is to become the world's favorite way to buy. Service Center at Klarna has about 300 employees and acts as a support towards our consumers and merchants providing world class service. Dispute Resolutions are now looking for a Finnish Speaking Advisor to join their team.

Dispute Resolutions is part of our Service Center department, with the primary goal to deliver excellent service to Klarna’s consumers and merchants using our payment services. As a Dispute Resolutions agent your work will have a direct impact on our dispute and fraud processes.  Acting as a second line agent, you will be specialized in our processes and you will also provide support to our 1st line. You will be responsible for solving tricky customer and partner cases, while thinking outside the box. Your daily work with disputes consists of solving the cases together with the merchants and customers while keeping both parties happy and satisfied. When working with fraud cases, you will be communicating with the local authorities and merchants and work closely together with other departments such as Credit Risk and Fraud Prevention. The current challenges at Dispute Resolutions are to continue to build up a world class disputes and fraud function as well as to bring new ideas and thoughts into the current set up.

To succeed in this role you are a self-driven and independent and active team player. Both, analytical and critical thinking come naturally to you, and you are comfortable in making decisions, whilst not holding back in taking your own initiative and responsibility. Ability to understand, adapt and react to change is also required. Ideally you have experience in customer support, and you are required to have excellent Finnish and English written language skills. Additional language skills in Swedish and market knowledge of Finland is a bonus.
