About the Team or About the Role:

Being an early addition to the Brand Team is your chance to help showcase our values to the world through projects that put the Earnin Brand in people’s hands. You’ll work directly with the Head of Brand and Community Marketing, as we work towards our mission of building a financial system that works for people.

The Brand Team is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to help drive our brand vision forward. You have an expert ability to manage work flows and can take an empathetic view of both customers and creatives. The right candidate embraces a fast paced work environment ensuring we’re delivering on all brand project needs as they arise.


  • Manage brand projects with a focus on testing and iterating creative
  • Manage and track multiple projects and timelines
  • Partner with Creative and Product Teams to drive successful delivery of creative deliverables from briefing to kick offs to review cycles and establishing optimal meeting cadence
  • Establish timelines for project goals, predicts roadblocks and move projects forward
  • Build processes and programs to drive cohesive collaboration


  • 3-5 years Project Manager role
  • Experience planning design, production, and development of websites, ad campaigns, and other deliverables for digital projects
  • Understanding of customer journey, user experience
  • Experience fostering cross-functional working relationships
  • Experience in project workflow tools


  •  Experience working with a creative team
