Your mission:

The Partnerships Analyst assists and supports the Business Development team in the assessment, on-boarding and launching of partnerships. They also support day-to-day team operations with a focus on data compilation and analysis.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Create, organize and maintain all BD documentation and reporting resources in key systems (i.e. Salesforce and Confluence), automating where possible and ensuring accuracy.
  2. Report trends in key team data and metrics to inform team prioritization and strategy, including the development of business cases.
  3. Source data and conduct detailed analysis using SQL and existing data sources on areas of focus including partner funnels.
  4. Manage inbound channels, communicating with and vetting prospective partners interested in working with Kabbage, before connecting them with the appropriate internal resource (i.e. if set criteria is met).

  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly across multiple channels of communication (verbal, email, PowerPoint).

What you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, project/product management, business development, sales, account management or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in technology/software and banking/financial industry a plus
  • Proven ability to work well in a team and across various teams
  • Experience with Salesforce required
