We're growing our Engineering Effectiveness domain, providing a standardised set of engineering services to autonomous development teams to reduce complexity and streamline deployment.
The Continuous Delivery and Pipeline Team provides the core infrastructure and tools, such as Jenkins, for teams to practise Continuous Delivery. The team drives Continuous Delivery practises across the organization and builds tools to give insights into pipeline execution and metrics.
You'll play an important part of making this happen by building engineering services with your team. Your role as Team Lead is to inspire, mentor and enable the team towards shared goals. You'll ensure the team's delivery capabilities and that engineering best practices and Agile development processes are applied.
We're looking for someone happy to be hands on technically and provide the technical roadmap for the team. We need you to be great at leading design discussions, retrospectives and empowering teams to find solutions to complex engineering challenges.
