Here at Klarna our goal is to improve the online buying experience for our consumers and merchants all over the world and change the way consumers buy online. We want to become the world’s favorite way to buy. We have more than 1200 employees and we’re active in 18 countries. We serve 35 million consumers and work with 50,000 merchants, processing over 400,000 transactions every day.
The teams in the Payments domain here at Klarna are at the core of what we do at Klarna. The teams are responsible for making sure that money moves in a smooth way and build services that are part of the actual money flow between merchants, consumers, partners and banks. If you want to be in control of every cent that is sent globally at Klarna and all Klarnas merchants, work on new payment methods that Klarna offers globally, then Payments is the place to be.
You will play an important part of making this happen by building amazing products with your team. Your role as Team Lead is to inspire, mentor and enable the team towards shared goals. You will ensure the team's delivery capabilities and that engineering best practices and Agile development processes are applied. You are technical hands on and you will provide the technical roadmap for the team. We believe you are great at leading design discussions, retrospectives and empowering teams to find solutions to complex engineering challenges. You are still hands on and technical with a strong passion in technology as well as people.
You’ll be given the opportunity to work with one of the most important pieces of Klarna, in a small team alongside some of the most talented people in the industry.
You should get in touch with us if you…
