We are seeking a creative, data-driven, passionate and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to drive Demand Generation.  The successful candidate with work closely with the Marketing and Sales Teams to execute and deliver tangible pipeline results and positively impact ROI through Strategic Demand Generation activities.

  • Primary administrator for Symphony’s marketing automation platform: highly proficient and a “power-user” of Marketo and associated tools, including integration with Salesforce CRM system
  • Create and execute Demand Generation programs that drive pipeline for enterprise B2B solutions; including highly effective Lead Generation, Email Campaigns, ROI Tracking, Lead Nurturing, Upsell/cross sell, account based marketing (ABM) and others
  • Monitor and Report on the effectiveness of Marketing Campaigns; use data to implement testing methods to optimize campaigns and messages
    • Produce lead/opportunity reports and regular dashboards to measure key marketing KPIs, beyond just 'vanity metrics'
    • Track the success of all programs, seek continuous improvement
    • Daily monitoring of conversion across all online campaigns
  • Leverage channels and processes including content marketing, ABM, emails, blog and social channels.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaign elements aligned to all levels of the funnel: TOFU, MOFU, BOFU.
  • Refine and redefine the lead management process including lead flow, velocity and tracking
  • Create and manage a content marketing calendar
  • Coordinate with direct sales teams and new markets teams (vertical marketing) to deliver personalized campaigns
  • Utilize an end-to-end lead management process from the initial prospect capture through to nurturing and hand-off to sales
  • Build and test landing pages for online and event programs
  • Work with agencies as required
  • Evaluate third party and next generation marketing tools and implement as needed to meet objectives; leverage other marketing stack technologies and tools as required
  • Work with internal and external resources to create content and assets necessary to drive interest
  • Lead the implementation, customization and configuration of marketing automation (Marketo) and integration with and Hubspot.


  • BA/BS Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in high-tech, B2B campaign design, integrated marketing and marketing automation
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (including Marketo, Hubspot and
  • Expert analytical skills and experience with reporting and analysis: ability to measure, analyze, understand and present data to measure program effectiveness and validate strategy and spend
  • Time management and project management skills: goal-oriented, creative and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent at collaborating with many contributors
  • Previous experience in a high-growth enterprise technology and/or financial services industry experience is a plus
  •    Digital marketing experience using a variety of digital, email, video, web analytics, interactive technologies, QR codes etc. to enable business strategies is a plus
