We are seeking a technical-minded product manager that can own our infrastructure and back end services and ensure the correct investments are being made to meet the needs of new use cases, ensure reliability and uptime and stay ahead of our customer growth.
In this role, you will define requirements around performance, scale and reliability based on an understanding of both our customer usage patterns and growth projections and our internal architecture.
Your three main objectives are:
You enjoy getting into the nitty-gritty details of technical infrastructure and solving for both customer value and engineering agility. You want to know how things work so you can better make decisions on what to prioritize and the impact that limitations may have on the operations of our platform and our ability to support customer use cases.
