One area that grows in complexity as Klarna expands, is the dynamics of our merchant and product portfolios, how they behave and intertwine. To ensure that the best possible offerings and pricing structures are in place, which best suits us as well as our customers, we are looking for a senior Revenue Analyst to join our Revenue Management team within our Analytics domain.

The purpose of the team is to develop Klarna’s global revenue framework, and connect it with localized pricing guidelines and offerings. The team is focusing on expanding the value creation for us as well as our customers. Revenue Management is serving as a central center of excellence and is providing analytical guidance, strategical decision support and tactical execution to our regional management teams.

To be successful, you have a profound understanding of the ecommerce or retail markets, and proven experience in driving improvement efforts. You have an open mind and entrepreneurial approach to problems, always focusing on getting things done. Attenrtion to detail but having the ability to see the complete picture is an important success factor.

You should get in touch with us if you have:

  • Experience within ecommerce or retail. Could be within Sales, Risk, Finance or Operations, but with a deep understanding of market forces and behaviors
  • The ability to visualize, shape, and then communicate big concepts as well as the smallest details
  • The ability to have difficult conversations where parties won’t always see eye-to-eye but, once a decision is made, it is supported to its fullest extent without reservation.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, industrial engineering or similar
  • An enthusiastic and positive mindset, and understands the importance of building strong relationships
  • Oral and written presentation experience, with emphasis on English

You are a team player, possess strong communication skills and dare to stand your ground while at the same time maintaining flexibility. You would describe yourself as analytically creative and creatively analytic.
