About the Team
Rewards and Fulfillment is a new team at Kickstarter, tasked with helping creators reward backers for their support. This team will be a cross-functional group of engineers, designers, data analysts, community specialists and more. They will create tools and systems to support the rewards process in every stage — from development through delivery.
About the Role
From improving core features to delivering brand new ideas and utilizing innovative technology, you’ll be leading the Rewards and Fulfillment team through every phase of the product process: brainstorming, research, wireframing, testing, development, deployment, analysis, follow-up, and iteration. You will synthesize broad strokes into clear, actionable, and phased roadmaps with clear objectives. You will lean heavily on your ability to map obstacles and solve problems creatively every day. We’re open to a wide range of experience, but we’re especially interested in candidates who have a demonstrated track record of success in developing inspiring and functional products for web, mobile, and native platforms.
