As a part of the SLS Team you will solve all type of external and internal problems, making everyday different from the other. You will work very close to our 1st line of support that escalates the more technical tasks to your team.
During periods with several incidents at the same time, it will be crucial to make the right priorities.
Another aspect of the job is to create reports to support our different markets, and this requires database skills. The SLS team supports all iZettle markets. Because of this, fluency within the english language is mandatory.
Who we think you are
A newly graduated from an education within IT, or 1-2 years of working experience within IT. We would like a person with an analytical mindset, and a person that enjoys solving different kinds of technical challenges. Everyday is different from the other and that demands a person that can adapt easily. It is also desirable with an interest for tech and IT as it surrounds everything we do here at iZettle. Least but not last, we want someone that is eager to learn and have a great service-minded personality.
