We’re looking for a smart analytical thinker who can help us spread the revolution where it’s needed the most. You’ll work with our growing Affiliate Marketing team - spread across 3 offices as part of our Performance Marketing team - helping us partner with sites that educate new audiences about sending money abroad, and explain the benefits of TransferWise.
So, what’s the role?
You’ll be helping our growing Affiliate team take their data-driven approach to the next level. We’re not just looking for someone who's good with data - you’ll need to develop an understanding of how growth through marketing works, and be able to coach and steer the whole team to look at the right numbers and draw good conclusions
You’ll work closely with the team on a variety of projects, enabling us to understand how our customers think, what they do, how well we are reaching them and how we can make their lives better
Other projects focus on searching for and prioritising partners to contact, working with top-performers to optimise results and improving our affiliate incentive model
On top of this, you’ll be running product tests, and building slick reports to measure and share progress
We’re a cross-functional team, so you’ll work side-by-side with marketing, product and engineering to ensure your analysis and insights translate into meaningful impact for our customers, fast
What skills do I need?
A track record in analytical thinking, with good examples of having made a real impact, proactively
A good analytics “toolbox” - whether it’s Excel, Python, R or something else entirely - you should be used to analysing business data sets and building reports
Solid SQL skills
Excellent communication skills - you can summarise the complex, and present data visually in a way that makes people say “got it!”
Ability to influence and mentor others to become more data-driven
A self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously, can take ownership of a project and see it through to real impact for our customers
Hands-on experience of growth through marketing, especially affiliate and SEO/SEM marketing, is a big plus
