We’re looking for an innovative Affiliate Marketing Manager who can help us spread the revolution among SMBs and freelancers. You’ll work with our growing Affiliate Marketing team - with strong ties to the Business Team - helping us partner with sites/companies that educate new SMB audiences about sending money abroad, and explain the benefits of TransferWise.

So, what’s the role?

  • Your main goal is to develop, test, iterate and scale the TransferWise business product using (affiliate) marketing tools and any data-driven growth hack you can think of. You’ll figure out how to grow by developing an understanding of how our business customers think, what they need, and how we can best reach them.
  • You’ll be reaching out to potential partners on a daily basis, convincing them to join our affiliate program
  • On top of that, you’ll help existing partners improve their performance through optimisation suggestions taken from campaign analysis. And you’ll take ownership of any commercial, operational and technical issues with partners
  • We’re a cross-functional team, so you’ll work side-by-side with marketing, product, engineering and the business team to ensure your efforts translate into meaningful impact for our business customers, fast
  • Once you've discovered what works to attract SMBs, you'll start to scale the approach through product and possibly build out a team

What skills do I need?

  • A track record in figuring out how to grow a business, product, or marketing channel with good examples of having made a real impact, proactively
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously, can take ownership of a project and see it through to real impact for our customers
  • Excellent communication skills - you can summarise the complex and can convince anyone to promote your product, fast
  • A head for numbers, easily able to extract key insights from data
  • Team player with a drive to help other people
  • Hands-on experience of growing a B2B product, especially through affiliate marketing and partnerships, is a big plus
