Our Chargeback and Recovery team is looking for new team members, who are passionate about helping customers and solving problems and want to work in a disruptive, fast-growing and fun environment.

 

What you’ll get to do:

  • Provide world class support to our customers via email and phone to solve the disputes
  • Solve payments’ related problems
  • Dispute debit and credit card chargebacks and provide required information to our partners
  • Work with the Operations and Fraud teams to improve the customer experience
  • Work with the Product and Development teams to identify actionable areas for improvement

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and make decisions in critical situations
  • Tolerance for routine but also an ability to keep up with fast changes
  • Great typing skills (at least 35 words per minute required) 
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times a year
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US

 

It would be nice if you:

  • Have previous customer support experience, preferably in banking, internet or telecom industries, or international customer care centre
  • Are fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
