Job Description

aysafe is in need of a Sr. Financial Analyst.  Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Sr. Financial Analyst acts as a key member of the operational and strategic management team focusing on short and long term targets for customer, revenue, and earnings growth while optimizing operational expenditures.


The ideal candidate for this role will have an extensive background in finance, strong technical skills, the ability to source information from a variety of systems and constituents, and a comfort with working with non-standardized data. He/she will support the forecasting activities, sales performance and commissions, ROI modeling, and be a business leader in analytics and planning.



  • Development, construction and maintenance of reporting and analytics.
  • Delivery of insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Assistance in the preparation of business plans to support new programs and business optimization.
  • Development and implementation of platforms for financial reporting and analytics
  • Development of KPIs for Sales and Operational scorecards and reporting.
  • Management and tracking of sales performance and commissions.
  • Champion of change management, removal of barriers to operational efficiency, and effective conflict resolution.

Job Requirements:


  • BS degree with 2 or more years of professional work experience in a finance or analytical role. Advanced degree preferred (MBA).
  • Experience with strategic financial planning, financial reporting & analysis, month end closing, budgeting, forecasting for medium to large businesses.
  • Ability to clearly present recommendations and summarize complex issues.
  • Proven experience handling multiple priorities and completing assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, plan and deliver significant process improvements with major financial impact.
  • Experience developing and calculating sales commissions a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Access a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion and SQL a plus.
