Job Description

Paysafe Group is looking for a senior product manager to join our North American team. As Senior Product Manager, you will work with leading payments professionals, technology vendors, and high profile clients.  You will draw from Paysafe’s deep expertise in payments technology, business processes and risk management to shape the future of a global payments platform.


You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elicit business requirements and create business cases for product enhancements. You will utilise deep knowledge of the Payment Processing competitive landscape in North America to partner with business leadership in planning and executing the regional product roadmap.

 You will process Business Requirements into functional specifications, and align with an engineering team to ensure technical design and the technical output satisfies the defined market need.


In this role you will work closely with executive leaders as well as operational groups, and you must be able to effectively communicate with all of these stakeholders.

You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering.



  • Define and manage product roadmaps to realize business goals and strategies.
  • Help define the core product vision, goals, functionality and requirements.
  • Establish shared vision by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Collaborate with highly creative user experience experts, visual designers and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature or product to bring to market.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such BRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
  • Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Payments product management, preferably with an ISO, MSP, or other B2B payments related business.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and an understanding of product management's role in various development methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering digital products and services.
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex or technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated thoroughness, follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with different stakeholders at the appropriate level of knowledge share.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced demanding environment and with remote teams
